Note: This years Christmas special does not involve any Christmas decorations. There are several factors in this:
1. I don't have either of the Christmas packs.
2. The characters aren't exactly in the Xmas mood.

I haven't installed any of my Xmas packs, but they come with Apartment life and Freetime
